“Woza Weekends” Fuel Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details:

• The “Woza Weekends” promotion runs every Friday to Sunday, operating 24 hours each day.
• Customers who fill any amount of fuel are eligible for:
  
  • R1.20 cashback per liter on diesel, or
  • R0.40 cashback per liter on petrol, or
  • A free 2L Cooee soft drink, if cashback is not selected or applicable. A 50L minimum fill is required to claim the free Cooee soft drink.
• Customers must present a valid OK Count On! or Infinity Rewards card to qualify for cashback or the free soft drink reward.
• Cashback is credited directly to a valid OK Count On! or Infinity loyalty card and will not be issued as physical cash or via bank transfer.
• Only one reward option (cashback or soft drink) may be claimed per qualifying transaction.
• The free 2L Cooee voucher is valid strictly for 14 days from the issue date and is redeemable at the till only.

2. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Loyalty card registration or ownership of a loyalty card is required to participate and receive rewards.
• Promotion is available only at Quest Fuel station, Cnr Peter Kerchhoff Street and Victoria Road, Pietermaritzburg, 3201 (1 Peter Kerchhoff Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201).

3. General Terms:

• Quark Energy (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to deny service or refuse promotion benefits to any individual suspected of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity related to the promotion.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or accumulated for future use outside of the promotion terms. Only cashback value may be accumulated, spent or withdrawn on the rewards card as per terms and conditions of the OK Count On! and Infinity rewards system.
• Only valid fuel transactions made during the promotional period (Friday to Sunday, 24-hour cycle) will be considered.
• Any technical or system errors that prevent proper tracking of fuel purchases or loyalty card validation may void eligibility for the promotion.

4. Right of Refusal:

• Quark Energy (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to deny service, withdraw, suspend or amend the promotion at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances arise outside of reasonable control or in cases of suspected abuse.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• Quark Energy (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.
